Hacienda Riquelme is the latest resort released in February 2004, adds another Nicklaus Design 18 hole course to the other three available to owners and their guests. The 1.3 million square meters site will include 1,864 apartments, a Country Club, Golf School and a Town Centre complex.

As with the other resorts Hacienda Riquelme will feature wide open spaces and vegetation to create a tranquil, attractive environment. Construction started at the end of 2004 and the Golf Course along with the first phase of properties are scheduled for completion during the first half of 2006.

The focus of Hacienda Riquelme is the Country Club. It will be the place to meet, to eat and to drink as well as partaking in the various sports facilities on offer.

The Town Centre at Hacienda Riquelme will feature the same environment, features and facilities of the other Polaris World resorts at La Torre and Mar Menor. There will be various restaurants, cafes, bars, a shopping centre with supermarkets, boutiques, chemist, hairdressers and car rentals. There is also Spas, a Fitness Centre, a complex of swimming pools, tennis courts, gym and even a day care centre will be built. Services will include restaurant and supermarket home delivery.
